The journey to seeking counselling is one that may be indirect and often one that individuals or families may be feeling uncertain about. 

Heather strives to create a sense of safety where clients are accepted for who they are. In the space created within therapy, clients can be supported to move toward the goals they have for their lives and well-being.

Heather is skilled in providing and adapting care to meet and honour the unique needs, identities and experiences of clients. This includes: cultural and faith background, gender and sexuality, autism and adhd, and disability. She is skilled in topics spanning mental health, school avoidance, trauma, grief, attachment, parenting and caregiving, and does so with humility about the complexity of demands navigated in real lives.

All sessions are offered through virtual or phone based care.
