Psychotherapy
1 hour appointment, 50 minutes direct contact, $190 per hour
Supervision - Individual and Dyadic Registered OCSWSSW/CRPO
1 hour appointment, 50 minutes direct contact. Practitioners registered with the OCSWSSW or CRPO, Individual, $175 per hour, Dyads, $100 per hour each
Supervision - Individual and Dyadic - CRPO - RP - Qualifying
1 hour appointment, 50 minutes direct contact. Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying practitioners, Individual, $150 per hour, Dyads, $90 per hour each based on two person registration
Supervision - Individual & Dyadic Student
1 hour appointment, 50 minutes of direct contact. Current student of counselling or psychotherapy college or university program, Individual, $100 per hour, Dyads, $85 per hour each based on two person registration
Supervision - Group Supervision Rate
2 hour appointment, 110 minutes of direct contact. $65 each based on 6-8 person registration
Consulting Service Rate
1 hour appointment, 50 minutes of direct contact. $190 per hour

General Information
Appointment Duration
Standard appointments are booked for 1 hour and include 50 minutes of direct contact with 10 additional minutes reserved for notes and treatment/supervision planning at the end of the session.
For a first appointment or by request, it is possible to book a 90-minute session which would include 80 minutes of direct contact with 10 additional minutes reserved for notes and treatment or supervision planning at the end of the session.
Group supervision sessions are 120 minutes, with the last 10 minutes reserved for notes and supervision planning at the end of session.
Fee Payment
Fees are due at the time of the appointment, and may be paid by email money transfer.
Missed Appointments
If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount for the time booked.
Appointment Format
All psychotherapy, supervision and consulting services are provided through virtual or telephone call appointments.
Conflict of Interest
To avoid potential conflicts of interest and dual relationships, as well as respect important personal and professional boundaries, Heather will not provide services to those who hold current professional affiliations with School Mental Health Ontario.
